Situated just about  the corner of Pine Street & Lincoln Blvd, this 2 - story gray cream building sits on a spacious lot accentuated by a fountain and a concrete table under a huge umbrella in its courtyard.  A parking lot located at the north side of the property  is accessible to and from the street.  A simple but finely decorated cozy lobby greets your eye to the front desk office where professionally - trained and friendly staff welcomes you with smiles who offers a good quality service.  The rooms are  equipped with one or two beds,  queen and full sizes, for your comfortable rest.  Each room, which has hardwood floors or carpets, is finely  designed with built - in closets, safes, digital TV with basic cables, single showers,  wall heaters, ceiling fans, large drawers with mirrors, and wide sliding windows. Outside, the L - shaped terrace is lined with multi - colored flowering vines in claypots overlooking a concrete courtyard with well-clipped green hibiscus and scrubs.  A microwave oven is made available at the front desk which is open 24 hours ready to serve freshly - brewed complementary morning coffee in the lobby from  7 to 10 am.  It also provides free WiFi and room phones for incoming calls only.
